The Dealer had a knife and the dog had a gun and the cat had a shot of Rye.
Character Role
This character can be a main or supporting character, even a regularly played NPC would work.
Relationship(s)
Devlin Carter has met soon-to-be former mayor, Scott Cory (NPC), his daughter, Hannah (played), and his deceased father (William) was a long-term client of Harriet Mercer (played).
Harriet Mercer: Devlin's father (William) was a client of Harriet's and a good friend. The old man was wealthy as sin, but known to be relatively benevolent, kind, and generous. He made his fortune in steel, timber, and gold as well as a small railroad that runs from Northern California to Oregon and Washington.
Devlin and Harriet's relationship is more complicated. Would prefer to explain privately if anyone becomes interested in the character.
Character Notes
William Devlin Carter: Sophisticated, educated, handsome. His public dealings are actually legitimate. His private ones, not so much. Since taking over his father's business conglomerate, he has doubled its capital. Some of this is down to how he conducts business...by finding info on someone and making them an offer that they cannot refuse. He is a shark.
Ophelia Carter: English born, met Devlin when just after he graduated college and was touring England and Europe. She may have been his first victim. Suggested idea: She did not want to marry him, but he was going to ruin her family.
Children: Logical, but optional.
I've Got Two Guns, One For Each Of You!
As I thought ten months ago...splendid idea!!

Thank you! This guy can actually be an NPC because I doubt he'll live more than one story arc. ;)

Bumping topic before I remove him or make him an NPC.
