"Yes Ma'am, reckon I got little choice in the matter," Rip said, realizing that both Ty and Missus Lutz were right about the need for schooling.
Ty fished out enough for the meals and a tip as well. "Been a real treat, an' a real pleasure Ma'am, hope ta get in for breakfast before we ride out to the Conroy-Fletcher spread to see the Marshal." He praised. And with that he and Rip left the Lickskillet pausing on the boardwalk to look over the town in the fading light of an early fall evening.
