Welcome to Sagas of the Wild West forum roleplaying game site. We’re glad you found us and even happier that you decided to check us out.
Sagas of the Wild West is set in the late 1800s in a fictionalized version of Kalispell, Montana. It is open to all types of characters from that era. While major historical events cannot be altered in any way whatsoever, the roleplay itself is modeled after the old Westerns from the mid-1900s through the 1970s. In other words, we’re not gonna hound you if your character wears a hat that wasn’t invented for a year or two after the in-character date.
New Folks are encouraged to read the Lore (link in the top menu) and join our Discord (link also in the top menu) to chat with us or ask questions. Discord is where all of our OOC action takes place. There, you will find OOC forum channels for Wanted Characters, Plots, Plotters, and general chat. After creating an account on the site, you may send private messages to us, but answers will be slower than in Discord.
Note: While it’s not mandatory, it helps us if your on-site display name is the same as your Discord nickname. We allow users to change their Discord nickname on our server.
