On occasion Tilly lightens her hair to blonde to change things up for her customers.

While looked down upon by normal society, Tilly tries to build a good reputation in whatever brothel she works in. What that looks like varies from place to place.

Because of her innocent face, many customers take her to be younger than she actually is. Sometimes she encourages this and fudges her age; other times she's honest. It just depends on what she thinks the man wants.

Although she'd rather use correct grammar, she often slips into slang for the sake of her work. She doesn't talk much unless the situation requires it. She's a hard worker and willing to give most things a try because how else do you get ahead in life? She's also very curious and tries to get her hands on any books she can.

Her parents didn't give her a middle name because she was going to lose it when she married. That hasn't happened so far.

Joined the leagues of women in the oldest trade after being turned out of her parents' house because of an unfortunate incident on a dark night. Has mainly worked at small-town brothels, moving on when she started feeling stuck in a rut, so to speak.

1853 - Born in Wichita, Kansas. Grows up getting as much education as she can, which isn't much, but she treasures everything she learns.

1870 - Assaulted and raped by a stranger just before her 20th birthday. Her parents threw her out and left her to fend for herself, so she found solace in a nearby brothel. But when she started to recognize some of the brothel's clients, she left and found a small town to ply her trade in.

1870-1876 - Hops from brothel to brothel, making her way north.

August 1876 - arrives in Kalispell and tries to pick up business while staying out of the way of Sally Adams and her established clients...until she hears about a brothel opening up.
