- Physical Description
If it wasn't for the mop of unruly dark blonde curls sticking out from beneath her flat-brimmed hat, you might think that Tully was a boy -- after all, that can't possibly be a girl in those dirty tan wool trousers and that blue flannel shirt. It's hard to see any form or curves to say one way or the other, any of that is hidden by the over-sized 'sack coat' she prefers. Suspenders hold up her trousers, and she also wears a belt from which hangs stout knife.
While she is slight of build, she doesn't look by any means frail. Her skin is tanned and her hands are calloused, although she covers them with grimy leather gloves when she is working. She will look you in the eye and exudes confidence in the way she holds herself.
- Reputation
Mostly, Tully is hostile and defensive, having learned early in life that the only one she can count on is herself. She avoids people when she can, and keeps them at a distance when she can't.

Timeline
1858: Born, abandoned on the Tully's doorstep
1865: Given over to an orphanage
1868: Set out to make her own way in life
1876: Found a nice little place near Kalispell to settle
Tully was abandoned on the doorstep of a prominent Comstock family when she was but an infant, but rather than be taken under their wing as her mother no doubt hoped, she was raised for the sole purpose of becoming free labor when she was older. However, she started rebelling when she was three, and by the time she was seven, she was 'unmanageable', and
was given to an orphanage. It was then she was given the name 'Tully', after her adoptive family, and 'Nevada', after the state. Prior to that time, she had been referred to as 'Girl', or 'Child'. The Tullys had never bothered to name her.At ten, she ran away from the Sisters of Hope Home for Wayward Children, citing the fact that she was *not* wayward, whatever that means! She has made her way by doing odd jobs, lying and stealing.
She has a minimal education, can read simple words and write her name. She is strong-headed and defiant, angry and defensive. Her one true friend at the orphanage, Melissa, was adopted, and she hasn't allowed anyone close since.
