The subject of mature content has come up in our Discord chats lately. Most of this is due to how Vesta (our forum platform) is designed to handle NSFW content. For Sagas, 99% of the time, it will be a non-issue as most of our threads would be considered PG-14. However, on occasion, Players may wish to write something that would be deemed NSFW, NC-17 or even R (18+). In these cases, to protect our site and our site's host, we ask that Players voluntarily rate these threads as mature by flipping the Mature Content switch found at the bottom of the editor window.

Marking a thread Mature ensures that the general public cannot read something they should not have access to (i.e. children under the age of 17 that might be looking at the site). It also means that our members need to enable this feature in their OOC Profile (flip the Mature Content toggle to green and input their birthdates - your birthday can still be hidden from public view).
